City Hall, a most unusual balcony

We couldn't figure out just what this extended arm was supposed to be or represent, but it was eye-catching in any case.

Yes, a real curiosity that this balcony decorated with a taut arm. Superbly taken, Helen. V.

Very unusual decor, looks quite old too. Great capture of the details. V

This balcony certainly makes a statement. Great details and the somewhat neglected condition and peeling paint adds interesting textures. "V"

This is an unusual feature but one worth a photo of. I also like the ornate
Style of the balcony itself and the small details, Helen. BV
