I came across this row on North Carolina Ave. SE quite by accident last week but went back today for a closer look. The six houses were obviously built as a group, with three of each style, and each a bit different from the others. This is on the back side of E Street SE, where the picture "Magnificent bay" was taken. These are the houses featured in my "10 variations on a theme" series.
