Ouidah Smile

view map

Ouidah, well, tough to describe. First off, it's hot. ...I mean West Africa hot.
...which means about 95°F in the winter and a hell of alot hotter in the summer,
with about 100% humidity at all times. Home of the slave route, The Gate of No
Return, The Tree of Forgetfullness, etc, etc... The town where most slaves went
out of. Honestly, the people here don't really care, or they don't have the time
too, or they don't want too. Whatever the case, it's a strange feeling and a
bit different here. Quieter, hotter, different...

Taken in Ouidah, Benin.
