Waxwings had been reported along Riffle Road, Ottawa on several occasions over the past week. Several trips out resulted in no sightings or sightings high up in tall trees. This day, literally, hundreds of Bohemian Waxwings were scurrying/feeding in the low berry shrubs. Several photographers were snapping away when I arrived.
