Belle Island, Richmond, Va 11/03

Belle Island, Richmond, VA - November 2003 (Belle Island has been the location, at various times in history, of an old Civil War prison site, the site of Tredegar Timberworks, and later Tredegar Ironworks (canon/munition factory during the war), and, up until the early 1960's, a large hyrdo-electric plant (now abandoned). The Island is centered on the James River just to the east of the City.

Does anyone have a photo of the Climax Gingerale billboard that used to be on Belle Isle? I remember it as being beautiful.
