Mr. Lui Leung,the original owner of this building,came to HK from a small village in Southern China in the early 1900's.
He founded the KMB and built this house in 1931.
It was used as a bone-setting medicine shop called Lui Seng Chun as well as the living quarters for his family.
This well known Lui's family donated it to the HK Government in October 2003.
