So we were cutting some fresh caught salmon, and a lovely Red Salmon was laded with eggs. so as the kids watched on, I went through the procedure of brining them and removing the membrane tissues and draining them and jarring.... next day i got the cream cheese crackers and green onion... i ate a round of them and then prepared a second round and realized i should make a few images... glad i did!
