Quadra Island

a cross section of society occupies Quadra Island...as well as people who are still working for a living, and their families, the place has become a popular retirement community...the clean wilderness environment, with a favourable climate, is very attractive...some of the lucky ones live here on the western side, with views overlooking Discovery Passage

Looks like a very high rent district there given the size of those homes. What a view that must be had.

A choice slice of real estate but the folks on the lower tier might get wet feet as sea levels rise.
