Royal Leerdam



Royal Leerdam is a world famous glass-works producing glassware for dayly use but also beautiful art objects of glass and crystal
in fantastic shapes and colors.
The most famous designer who founded the artistic tradition of Royal Leerdam was Andries Copier (1901-1991).

On 9th September 2007 Royal Leerdam opened its doors to the public to show the creating process of a black crystal
vase with clearly transparent windows or "eyes" as the glass-blower called them.
Finally there was a magnificent sales expo.

In this gallery I tried to show several interesting phases of the production process as well as some beautiful items displayed.
