Golden Rule #1 - always check your camera settings before taking a shot. I'd given up any hope of catching this SEO yesterday afternoon, so decided to take a landscape of the setting sun before calling it a day. Just as I shot the sunset I heard some screeching coming in my direction - changed the iso, drive, metering mode, etc back quickly and took a burst of shots of this guy coming towards me. Only after did I notice that I was still on manual, not TV....gutted with another expletive before it :(
