IC1396 in Cepheus

This version of the nebula has been created from images taken through three different narrowband filters, which have been asigned to the three colors red, green and blue.
Red= double ionized oxygen emission lines ( 495.9nm and 500.7nm)
Green = hydrogen alpha emmision line ( 656.3nm)
Blue= ionized sulfur emmision lines ( 671.9nm and 673.0nm)

Canon EOS 20D
Modified Canon 20D mounted on a TMB 80mm/F6 + Televue 0.8x reducer/flattener. Halpha-filter: 12x600sec/ISO800. OIII-filter: 18x600sec. SII-filter: 18x600sec. Calibration and stacking, averaging, color balancing, sharpening in Images Plus and Photoshop CS2. full exif
