Excellent pictures! I noticed you had +2/3 and Matrix-metering on all shots with planes in front of the sky, seems to work out fine. When I'm shooting here in Austria I've almost always to set at least -2/3 or more to compensate for the dark mountain background. The difficulty is not to forget to reduce this when the plane starts climbing above the dark horizon respectively to have the time to ... which I learned two weeks ago at the AirPower03 in Zeltweg/Austria.
