Signor Mautino is really the king of “Torcetti”
these special typical biscuits I have told you before
and he has dedicated all his life to creations of pastries.
On the day of his 80th birthday he received also this present,
a tribute to his career,
two golden framed “Torcetti”,
which he keeps proudly, hung on the wall of his shop.
He kindly took the frame down to pose with me.
