_MG_8202 Shades of Norman Rockwell ? RIP Dennis !

Grantham, NH

Dennis owned Bouldervale Farm and a farm stand. Part of the barn he is shown in was built at the end of the 1700's. His family goes back 4 generations in Grantham, NH. Dennis is at a player piano, but he learned to play when his mother taught his sister and he watched his sister practice. That is not a music sheet in front of him, but the price list for the pumpkins. See the rest of the images in this gallery for more about the farm ;-) Dennis pasted away in 2009.

Not often do you see a pumpkin on a piano; nice capture.

That is one Rockwell would have painted. This is wonderful. I love the way you maintained focus deep into the building.
