A glorious morning sunrise shot at Jokulsarlon beach.
This is by far the most exciting place i've taken photos.
The Jokulsarlon (Glacier Lagoon in Icelandic) is a huge Iceberg lake that sits in front of a melting glacier. As the chunks of ice break off the glacier face, the icebergs float out to sea with the high tide and are then washed back up onto the black sand beaches and become stranded during the low tide.
This provides some fantastic photography opportunities as the sun hits the translucent ice gems scattered along the beach.
