The past few years in semi-retirement I've traveled Latin America and southeast Asia, dabbling in photography and importing fair trade items. Venturing off the beaten path, I, along with a woman friend drove to Panama, camping and staying in budget hotels.
I feel a passion to connect across cultural barriers and to “do some good”. Some days the most I accomplish is to exchange smiles.
