Thanks to my many friends and contacts for helping to identify this bird. There seems to be some discrepancy concerning an exact name, one being a Piedbald (spelling of this seems to vary) Robin, another a Partial Albino Robin and another that it is an American Robin that is in a partial leucistic plumage. It seems these strangely coloured birds have been seen all over North America and on other continents as well. This one sparked quite a discussion when we encountered it on one of our camera club field trips.
