I bought this camera used on Craigslist on 5/15/2008. It had 59,391 shutter actuations when I received it.

The shutter failed at 215,945 actuations.
I had Canon replace the shutter assembly on 4/18/2011 for $486.21.

On April 28, 2011 I noticed a spot in the lower left corner of all my photos. I tried to to remove the spot from the sensor using a hand blower and sensor swabs with no success. Since this spot showed up after Canon replaced the shutter assembly, Canon cleaned it off at no charge.
