Arraccera is thin steak in North Mexican style. Here they grilled it first, then sauteed with hot bean sause w/Mexican onions, then sliced it along with cactus strips & hot sausages and dipped it in to pot made of volcanic rock. Holy macaroni !!!! But... The most important part of it is Mojito cocktail on the background :-) !
