I think some crazy street "artist" was simply equipped with gaz torch rather than with spray can, and here we enjoy seeing the results of his madness...
Hello o most inscrutable one. Its a hole... a triangular hole. It has bolts.... its a bolt hole. Not so obvious, but this archaic design was based on a perverted adaptation of human anatomy. You can tell this by the rust stains of where proper hygienic practices ought to have been used. And now, not even preparation H1321 will fix the problem. Ouch. Michael.
