I had to cry when I looked at your wonderful tribute to Pussikina. I can understand the heartbreak of losing a wonderful pet, and I think your photos are not only outstanding, but show how much you loved him. If you get a chance, look at a similar tribute I made for my dog Tipper. We have another now, but somehow it's never the same.

My "Sam" left us at the age of 2 years. And i think this is the best way to give them respect and keep remember them. This is the best u can do, Thanks to show me the way

I know all to well what it feels like to lose your very precious fur babies. I have lost way too many. But, like you, I have many photos that's "keeps them alive" in my memories and in my heart. She is very beautiful!

i am so sorry you lost him. i, too, have a persian chinchilla, her name is soma and she is 14 and still running the house of 2 other cats and 1 very small dog. the pictures are a treasure, and you are blessed to have a talent that enables you to catch the best of your baby.

This is a wonderful gallery, Eldar. We also have lost a cat, and have an old one at home who may not be with us much longer. Your photos are a good reminder not to take these devoted creatures for granted. It's clear that Pussinka was a very animated, special animal, and your photos do an excellent job of capturing his very expressive moods. Excellent work.

He was beautiful, and incredibly smart! My Boots only knew his name, and "turkey!" You were lucky that he chose you to spend his life with. I think they stay with us because of all the love they've put in our hearts. Lovely pictures.

Thanks for your kind comments, I was very touched. I wish I had more time to convert my old 35 mm pics in to digital format, because he was so much funnier when he was young. These days he's mostly exercising serious looks, postures full of self-esteem and behaviour with royal attitude :-). This was real gift of fortune to get him... I am very happy , not sure about him, though :-)
