These tiles are part of the facade just below the sign. They ring two sides of the building and comprise
the 99 names for Allah in Arabic. The tiles are in a specific order from the far right (south) side of the
building to the far left corner of the front. In other photos you will see the English version for each of
the names on a corresponding tile below.
