Walking at the edge of wetlands - which are more dry than wet with the mini-drought we've had the last month or so. Lots of webs in areas where it's normally too wet to walk. It's hard to set up the tripod and get it positioned perfectly without ruining the web. On this one the closest tripod leg to the cattails where the web was attached was over a foot - but the web actually shuddered just from the mirror slap with every shot. Each time that I touched the camera to make an adjustment it took 5-10 seconds for the web to stop moving afterwards. Hard to focus precisely when the very act of focusing causes the web to move around and go in/out of focus. Touchy, touchy
