This is an 8.0 x 10.0 inch print hinged behind a 7.8 by 9.8 inch opening. The original
was taken 18 August 2012 on Ilford FP-4 Plus film with a Bronica SQ-A and 110 mm f/4.5 Zenzanon
PS 1:1 macro lens. The print is on Ilford MG Warmtone fiber based paper, toned with Kodak
Brown Toner; in a 14x15 inch frame. The image shows a sliding gate latch on a barnyard
gate at the Peter Wentz Farmstead, an historic site in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. This
piece was juried into a show at the farmstead in November 2012, where it received First Prize - Yay!
The photo appeared in the PVAC Summer 2013 Exhibition at CMS, and in
"Embrace Open Spaces" a Montgomery County Lands Trust invitational
exhibition at Montgomery County Community College in October 2013.
This was one of many in a 2014 Solo Exhibition at CMS.
