This is a skipper butterfly perched on a coneflower. Shot with a Tamron SP 90 mm 1:1 macro lens, plus a stack of 3 Kenko extension tubes totaling 68 mm, and lit with an SB-800 flash fired through a pop-up diffuser attached to the front of the lens.
