I sentenced myself to "labor" today. Spending time on the front porch I am always frustrated with the chalky white paint on the fence and posts. It's just a matter of finding time to paint it? We all know, tomorrow never comes so I spent the better part of today painting every bit of white trim on Casa de Sands. Windows, doors, fences and mailboxes all are fresh with two coats on them. I created todays project just as I did with buying 10 yards of mulch or thinking some random warm afternoon is a good time to pressure wash the entire garage floor and driveway... It never does end, it's a life sentence of chores to be completed.

I did manage to break out of my working party to put down some fast miles on my bike after dinner. As the motor droned on and I was lost in my thoughts I came up with 3 more pressing projects needing done around the home before winter arrives.
