Very impressive because many of us can identify to that scene. Freight trains are part of so many people's every day life. The rusty wagons match well her expression.

Superb portrait!! Love the composition, all the elements look great...the model,
the train, and the ominous sky. V

great portrait.

I made a brief comment to you earlier but I wanted to say there is a great moodiness..sadness.. in this shot. It comes from the symbolism of the 'last train' of course, but also the restrained tonings and shadows around Meow's face..the thing believe it or not that I find makes this shot is the electricity pylon in the b/g. So glad you left it in. KMc

Fabulous shot!!
Lisa Sullivan11-Mar-2007 14:14
The perspective is spot on. Remove any element of this picture (intense sky, her expression, the perspective, the electricty pylon in the distance) and it would be ruined. Another winner V

The atmosphere is wonderful. I wonder what's on her mind ...
jude11-Mar-2007 14:07
The intensity of the sky adds to a feeling that someone has left her behind... she looks so thoughtful.
