B, the turkey itself looks absolutely delicious. However since this is in the Critique gallery, I assume you wanted to hear more than that. From a "food photography" POV, it might have been better if you hadn't used such a super tight crop for this subject. Plus a somewhat different angle of the turkey might have also created a stronger photographic perspective.
