Well, here are some views. The large building is that of the Türkiye Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araıtırma Kurumu, National Scientific Research Centre and not as I thought a hotel.

The tall building with a flag is TÜBÝTAK (National Scientific Research Centre).
Sheraton wouldn't fly a Turkish flag now would it? :)
