The tinners were very busy, but there were only two in one shop. Here, in this smithy, four man were working flat-out, in a well-orchestrated routine. One would mainly be at the fire, serving two of the others with red-hot iron, that would be bent, beaten - often by one worker, but sometimes with help from one or more of the others. The man who probably was the owner had some jobs of his own, but would from time to time join the others in their work. Amazing, all this activity in this small space.
