I had decided that, after years of visits between say March and October, I wanted to see the country in winter. I found it delightful. This is one of the first shots of snow I made (apart from the eternal snow here and there in the mountains), and I hope many more will follow. Bursa is situated at the flank of a huge mountain complex, and the climate is strange in that one may have clean streets in the lower parts of town, and heavy snow a mile away, if going up the mountain.
