A curious message I saw at a public telephone, I think the top part translates as “I am an atheist but my girl wears a veil”. The lower part has to do with “respect”. When I mention to Turkish people that I am an atheist, the reaction very often is “Olmaz”, “Impossible”, which does not show much respect.
