Kylix: This is a wide-bottomed, open-mouthed, double handled drink container. There are two types: with or without base. At first it had a low, cone shaped base and thick lip. As time passed, the base became larger, the bowl became shallower and finally, with an uninterrupted curls, a supreme form was obtained running from the lip of the mouth to the base.
