Opposite the mosque and türbe part, across the courtyard, is the entrance to a large room with wooden floor, with in a corner a view towards the türbe of Çoban Baba (Shepherd Father) is said to have found the grave of Seyyid Battal Gazi. He is also known as Kutluca Baba.

This hall functioned as a meeting place for the Bektaşi Brotherhood. The doors on the right belong to residence rooms for the dervishes, which are built on top of a long corridor climbing from the northeastern entrance towards the southeastern part of the complex, where the Türbe (mausoleum) of Seyit Battal Gazi lies.
