This is a page in a book in a special technique, I asked the name which sounded like katı. It seems to consist of cutting out and/or folding paper flowers and gluing them in a page like this.

On the web I found a reference, speaking of katı as "Ottoman paper cutting technique". The book was badly lit when I tried taking more pictures in 2019.
