This is (a detail of) a statue known as the Artemis Versailles, because it is a copy of a statue in the Paris Louvre, named "Artemis de Versailles". It goes back to the fourth century BC and is ascribed to Leohares.
This copy dates from the second century AD, and was found in 1970 during excavations at the North Nymphaeum of Perge. The goddess is shown taking an arrow from its container on the back, in her other hand part of a bow was visible.
