I have been informed this photo is of the Archangel Gabriel as he is depicted in the icon of the Annunciation.

The icon of the ‘Annuciation’ refers to the Gospel (Luke 1:26-39): the announcement by the angel Gabriel to the Virgin Mary that she would conceive and become the mother of Jesus, the Son of God.
