This object and the next remind me strongly of building parts in the Alaeddin Mosque in Konya, see this picture. My feeling is they were from the Roman era and were, as spolia, reused in that mosque.
They are short pillars used in Early Byzantine religious architecture of the 5th-6th century AD. These specimens are most probably originating from Binbirkilise (33 km North of Karaman) where they still can be seen in situ, for example in church n° 1 (in Madenşehir) and church n° 31 (in Degile). Similar pillars were used too in the western church at Alahan (in the south wall, and in the apse).
