The southern wall of the theater’s (largely collapsed) stage building was also the northern closing wall of the stadium. The facade facing the stadium was 37 m wide, 19 m in height and decorated (with marble) with two registers of eight large arches separated by columns. Some of the marble decoration is still in place.
