first images Sony F1 3 acorns.jpg... all hand held with now NO stabilization! :(

shit... i am not used to seeing long images like this 3:2 vs old nikon 4;3... so 1.5 vs 1.33... this camera hs a dslr size chipi believe...google it.... dpreview...
any way... i am used the fatter more robust images on my gallery page... this feels long and thin... do you like this size???
i am not used to it
BUT THE POINT IS THIS CAMERA SEEMS TO FOCUS AON ANYTHING INSTANTLY THAT MY OLD CAMERA WOULD NEVER FOCUS ON...LIKE SMALL TREE CATKINS OR THESE SMOOTH BOARDS..UNBELIEAVBLE SHOT S I HAVE NOT TAKEN FOR THAT REASON... SO here goes... fasten your seat belts...
will i crop these things to old ratio... which ratio do you find pleasing???????? i guess this old 35mm ratio that i used to like i thinK..help???

I like cropping - sometimes it just brings the picture to life - like what you've done here - so??? I would say to do what feels right for you and when it's done if you like what you see - take the picture for YOU.

Very nice detail. I personally like to crop to exactly the "right" size, but every instructor I've had says no cropping ;O( -Bj
