This plain little blue might be the most widespread of all blues in Australia, being found everywhere from city lawns to desert and tropical grasslands.
The plant is Roly-poly, AKA Prickly Saltwort (Salsola australis), a member of the saltbush family Chenopodiaceae.

A fine image of this little Blue. I am waiting for our Blues to emerge but it is still too cool to for most of the butterflies here. V

This little blue might be plain and common, but the name Zizina is anything but!
