Orange Jessamine (Murraya paniculata)

A sweet scent wafted through my office window: the Orange Jessamine is flowering again!
This hardy yet soft- and lush-looking shrub is an evergreen native of the seasonally dry vine-thickets of northern Australia where many species are deciduous.
It is doing very well where planted on a harsh site in my garden by a previous owner.
The flowers attract butterflies.
(Family Rutaceae – the citrus family)
