The Hialeah Airport/NW 54th Street Flying Field was located on the north side of Hialeah Drive (NW 54th Street in Dade County) between East 4th Avenue and East 8th Avenue (LeJeune Road). This airfield was handling aircraft before nearby Pan American Field (later 36th Street Airport and now Miami International Airport) opened in 1928.

I have found very little information on the internet about this old airport except what you see below but I am continuing the search.
