Sonny Hirsch will never be forgotten. He not only worked for the triple A Marlins, he worked in radio and TV, did play by play for the 'Canes, front office for O's and Marlins, but most of all he was a good friend.

The neetest thing i ever saw at any ball game, this includes @ Yankee + Senitor (Washington,D.C.) was Mr. Page. He sent a change up into the batter, and i don't know what the ruleing would be, but the batter could have pulled back around and had anther try at the pitch.

Seeing Jack Cooper's picture brought back alot of memories of this fantastic individual who was very giving of his time and resources. I was a young college student parking cars at West Flagler Kennel Club, where he was also an officer, and he unsolicited would help me pay for my college books and when he heard I was getting married took care of the expenses of my honeymoon. He was also an officer of West Indian Fruit Co. among others

Publicity: Jerry "Sonny" Hirsch. I remember that name...didn't he have something to do with a local Miami radio station, or the Miami Dolphins? And Board Member C.J. Rebozo, I wonder if he was related to Bebe Rebozo, the fellow who was frends with President Richard Nixon? Nixon used to come to Miami every so often to visit him. I remember those days.

Wow. Bill Veeck. I was in grammar school in Chicago with his son Mike in 1960. Recall that Mr Veeck was owner of the Chicago White Sox in their pennant year 1959.

I am trying to find out what player wore # 23 with the Miami Marlins in 1956. I was hoping someone has a program from that year. Thanks !
