Thank you to Stan Meade for contributing this great old image and Jeff Levine for identifying the location and the photographer as Ernie W. Skog. Jeff says a diner was built on this site in the 80's, and that would make it the 11th Street Diner which had really great food the several times I was there. http://www.eleventhstreetdiner.com/

The diner wan't built there, actually, it was moved to that site from elsewhere in the US, because it was threatened with demolition.
