Most aviation photographers attending the Eddy Gual airliner slide convention participate in the annual tour of MIA. I gave these tours from 1993 through 2000 when I retired and I helped Lonny Craven, airside division director, with this year's tour. Greg Drawbaugh arranged a tour of a B777 with American Airlines in advance of the airfield.

This B777 was delivered to American on 6/21/99 and the engine in the photo is a Rolls Royce Trent 892.
