Chef Dave

I don't know how he did it, but Chef Dave prepared breakfast,
lunch and a three course gourmet dinner for 12 people every day.
We all raved about the delicious meals and snacks that he created.
He worked in a very cozy galley with a three burner stove and a
tiny oven smaller than most microwaves. And he had to do
this while the guests were constantly walking through
the galley to get in and out of the cabins.

Dave trained in New York and worked for years in big
city restaurants but he really likes the outdoor life
that comes with the eco-tourism industry.

Nice documentation and credit foe the ship's cook, a hard and difficult job on most ships. "V"
