I see no mention or intimation of anything other than a ruined marketplace. Rabkin you look for argument. Like the ADL you actively seek argument where none was intended. As a result, you point out things no one might ever have even thought of. Methinks this is usually the stepchild of guilt. The normal excellent camaraderie between Jews, Christians and Muslims were destroyed around the turn of the 1900's when the first Zionists began to infiltrate Palestine and sew the seeds of disruption and upset the population balance. Until then all three lived together well, if you look you will find films and photographs to back this up. And facts to back up my words.

At the market arabs were sold to JEWS ONLY. The photo blames Israel for destruction. That is not true. Till 1993 jews were buy here. After intifada and terrorist attacks the normal relationships with arabs were ruined.
