Went to see a movie ("Sideways") this evening and then across the street to a nice Asian restaurant. This is the salmon on (and under) veggies. (I've gotten suprisingly good at taking photos in public places without worrying what people around me are thinking. Can't wait for a good bar fight or wild elephant stampede.)

PS: Crop; auto contrast; levels check (but no change); remove background (mainly by magic wand selection); insert underlying layer filled with black; frame and sign; season to taste; serve hot.
