These are remarkable images -- and with a scanner!? How did you do it -- just place the things on the scanning bed, perhaps with black or white paper to serve as a background? Wonderful images.

I've always enjoyed Scanography. Most people don't realize how good scanner images can be. Many of my ebay listings are done on a scanner. Once, when my camera was at Canon Repair, I did a model shoot with a scanner ;-) Love it!

Absolutely stunning. Back in the middle ages while in college, we did this with B/W paper under an enlarger light source...they were called "photograms" and were of course negative/inverted images. You have a great sense of composition. I don't know why I've just seen this gallery now!! I can't wait to see more. -V-

I'm immediately giving up photographing flowers. There's no point anymore. All your scans are better than any photo I've ever taken. If I knew this was possible, I never would have wasted my time with a camera. Damn!! These images are beautiful, but I wish I never found them...
